Intense Harassment Continues in my Apple Valley Home
1) Rado Watch Stolen from my Home
2) My parents gifted me with 2 gold chains for my twin girls one for each. One of them stolen/missing.
3)I got Home one night and the door Knob of my coat closet was undone from its place almost hanging out of its socket
4) Internal Surveillance Cameras - Continual Interrupts with my Cameras where the video segment does not record in its entirety. I have been working with Lorex since the beginning of May 2019. My cameras worked well for 3 weeks in April and after, interrupts were continuously induced into the video segments where the segment would not record in its entirety. The antenna was replaced, Best Buy Geek Squad was called to install the new antenna. After, firmware was updated. Cameras were brought down and re-paired with the system. Best Buy Geek Squad was called to perform that operation as well. Audio was turned off then on all recordings so that what I spoke during my episodes could not be recorded. Just Picture on video was captured. Issue was reported to Lorex and they decided to replace my DVR which meant that my internal cameras were forced to be out of commission for at least 10 days.
5) My medical insurance card was stolen
6) Imp Letters or Documents will be stolen
7) Imp Emails were deleted or I did not receive imp voicemails or emails as they were intercepted before it could reach me.
8) Halloween Items that I had gathered over the years were stolen from the home.
9) My Laptop was burnt out again in the home
10) Prior to the Laptop being burnt out, the battery in the laptop refused to charge which meant that I could not work on the Laptop unless I was connected to the power source which was done deliberately as it is not always that I am able to find a power source.
11) The same trick was done on my cell phone as well. Anytime I needed to access my calendar because I couldn't recall something important or if I needed to make a call the battery was drained in that instant. Naturally, I can't always find a power source even though I might carry a cell phone charger on me. Many times even though the cell phone was plugged into a power source the battery wouldn't charge like my laptop which would force to me to walk around wherever I was looking for power sources to make calls. Sometimes while I was walking around looking for power sources, episodes would be stimulated to humiliate me and to show that I was in an agitated state as a direct result of not being able to find a power source.
12) Screen Recorders were intercepted and fried on my Laptop because I used it to Screen Record my laptop screen, to replay to anyone or to myself what I was working on any given day. Screen recorders were labeled on a daily basis so that what I was working on for any given day could always be reported on.
13) Handheld Portable Cameras Dates were manipulated and hijacked no matter how many times I reset the camera date to the current date so that the exact time of the video segment from the hand helds could not be reported.
14) Alarms were initially hacked into when I first began working at SMX recyclables in Inver Grove Heights resulting in me not being able to make it into work for 2-3 days, which my boss was very understanding of or I would have lost this job and they would tacked a statement onto my record stating that I am unable to maintain a job even though I have not been able to find a job in 6 years inspite of working thru the Bloomington workforce center diligently for 2 years.
15) When Alarms were hacked into and I could not ride the bus, I was forced to ride the Metro Mobility Taxi to the Apple Valley library so that I could work there. As in Burnsville, the taxi Company would spend hrs trying to locate a taxi and would be unable to find a taxi. The Apple Valley Police had to give me a ride home once after I was stranded out of the library waiting for a taxi.
16) A bottle of my medication that I need to have daily was emptied out. I noticed it after I got back from the library.
17) All of these issues were reported to the Apple Valley Police. Every time I placed a call, the Police would ask me what they would like for me to ask them to do. Clearly all I can do is lodge a report. To investigate or not is their call so asking me that question seems rather pointless.
18) On June 16th, a favorite skirt of mine and a glove that I brought home from work to clean was missing. So I called it in as I was tired of all the intentional interception and frying of my monitoring devices so that no record could be kept.
19) Police argued that just because something went missing from the home it did not necessarily mean that it was stolen, it could have been misplaced. My argument was that my home had 6 internal surveillance cameras that monitored my every move in the home which clearly meant that it was not me that misplaced it which was the whole purpose behind the installation of cameras in my home. In addition I left the home at 5:00 a.m. in the morning and for the most part was not home till 9:00 p.m. at night.
20) All of these items were reported to the Internet Crime Control Center. In addition I made a personal trip to the FBI Quarters in Minneapolis and they refused to listen. They refused to even invite me into the interview room like they did the 2 other people before me. They met with me in the hallway where there are no cameras and asked me to leave telling me that I had probably not heard back from the Internet Crime Control Center because there was probably nothing of interest to the FBI in the cyber harassment I had reported.
21) Apple Valley Police asked for me to get in touch with the FBI after I had already taken steps to get in touch with them. When I told them what the FBI said, they said in that case there is no more they would do as me or them.
22) One officer stated he would try to get in touch with the Internet Crime Control Center and I never heard back.
The Apple Valley Police are tired of me calling in reports but refuse to do anything to help me. Listed below is the audio conversation I had with the officer on June 16th.

23) Prior to coming to Apple Valley, I lived in Burnsville. My laundry was stolen, Postal Mail Intercepted, my alarms and phone was hacked into so that I miss the Metro Mobility rides clearly to make sure that my schedule was interrupted. The key motive was to stop me from attending Day Treatment Center Programs and Vail Place for the day as there were no episodes in that environment which meant the hacker would have to wait to stimulate episodes until I got Back home.
24) After looking for 2 1/2 years with the Bloomington Workforce Center for a job, I finally landed a job on the last week of Jan. The hackers don't want me to own a single dime. Even the derivative benefits were given to my ex-husband which was used to fund the girl's college tuition accounts and to buy food and clothes for the girls. I wonder why he fathered them and asked for custody if he needed my disability derivative benefits to even raise them. I have plenty of costs tied to supervised parenting costs but it was ensured that he got a fancy lawyer for 3 1/2 years, drove a fancy car, lived of my disability funds, lived fancy vacations and hosted great parties while his ex-wife suffered every minute of her life.
25 ) As of Jan 2019 I landed a job with Medtronic. The hacker was adamant again that I not earn a single dime so he ensured my alarms were hacked which resulted in me not being able to ride the bus to work which meant I was in the red zone at work. After starting at Medtronic my alarms were hacked into 3 times. Medtronic of course was particular about attendance so when I LOST 3 DAYS worth of work they terminated my employment.
26) The Burnsville police were rude about simply documenting a report of the crime and repeatedly called Dakota crisis, to institutionalize me. I was committed for 2 weeks and the judge dismissed my case
27) 4 1/2 months went by before I landed a job at SMX. One has to wonder why is it that I never missed bus rides between the two jobs. Why could I live my life functionally as long as I did not have a job? Clearly asking intelligent questions would be too much to expect from law enforcement or any member of the justice system or the mental health system.
28)At SMX Republic, the hacker has so far in just the month I have been here ensured that I miss 4 days worth of work to ensure that I loose this job as well. Luckily my boss is understanding and has not said much yet but there are no guarantees as to what might happen. This morning they ensured I loose the bus, I called 911 to file a report. The apple valley police called Dakota Crisis repeating what Burnsville Police did and she in a very intimidating/warning like tone told me to not call the police or they would stir up trouble for me and that I may not like that. I asked her why the police could not do their job. Insite of having a Task force dedicated to electronic crime in their dept, they refused to perform any kind of digital Forensics on my devices and intimidated me by asking Sergeant Peter Masto to tell me that I am tying up their phone lines. He said that I have less than 5 min to report the crime, and he told me he could have gotten so much done instead of spending the 5 min with me. They also told me to stop calling the or they might have to resort to something.
